2 Dec, D-Day for the 27 remaining teams with machines and winches in good working order to enter this dreaded zone at Kabang with medic, communications crew and sweeper teams. In groups of two cars, they went to complete this route where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, where teamwork is everything to get out. It’s the place where the adage: When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Gets Going” and it’s a place to be prepared for “Anything Goes.”
Only less than 15 km long, but it took the last groups to check out by evening of 3 Dec, more than 24 hours of winching, struggling, pulling, snatching, driving and recovery from steep ascends and descends, ruts and mud. Nothing comes easy in the Twilight Zone. Every team must “get up and get going” to complete it and earn their 100 points. Such is the reputation of the TZ that whoever completes it will earn them the bragging rights.

วันที่ 2 ธ.ค. เริ่มออกเดินทางเข้าป่าใกล้กับหมู่บ้านกัมปง แอสลี คาอัง(Kampang Asli Caang) บุกผจญภัยออฟโรดในป่าดงดิบแดนสนธยาระยะทางประมาณ 15 ก.ม. แต่เส้นทาง 10ก.ม.แรก เริ่มเป็นถนนที่กำลังอยู่ในระหว่างขุดหลุมร่องน้ำลึกขวางถนนขึ้นลงชันมากมาย บรรดาเหล่าจอมยุทธและนักบู๊นานาชาติถูกบังคับเดินทางร่วมกันชุดละ 3 ทีม ลงลุยฝ่าร่องน้ำโหดตลอดทาง และมีบ่อน้ำโคลนใหญ่ลึกหฤโหดดักรถทุกคันก่อนขึ้นถนนทางป่า เป็นจุดใกล้ๆทางเลี้ยวแยกกันเดินทางระหว่างผู้ร่วมการแข่งขันกับนักแข่ง ที่ต้องเหลือเพียงนักแข่งเข้าบุกตะลุยบู๊เส้นทางผจญภัยออฟโรดของจริงลัดเลาะในป่าดงดิบภูเขาสูงมากกว่า 15 ก.ม. โดยมีฝนตกลงมาทำให้เส้นทางกลายเป็นโคลนเละลื่นอันตราย และทั้งหมดต้องมารวมกันที่ชุมชนภูเขาสูง(Highlander) หมู่บ้านกัมปงแอสลี เซมอย ลามา (Kampung Asli Semoi Lama)
