Pre−Event
29 Nov to 1 Dec
Arrival of all foreign participants and media. Check into official hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Scrutineering of vehicles at the hotel.

2 Dec
Welcome Big Bang Night in Kuala Lumpur.

D−MINUS 1
3 Dec
Departure for Johor Bahru. Check into official hotel, The Zon−Regency hotel by the sea.
Main official briefing at Zon.

D−DAY & PROLOGUE SS−THE BATTLE STATIONS.
4 Dec
Opening Ceremony in Johor Bahru.
Followed by Prologue SS in Johor Bahru. Open to spectators.

5 Dec
Continuation of Prologue SS in the city.
Departure for jungle campsite 1 of Hulu Sg Labis into No Man’s Land.

THE LAST FRONTIER
6 Dec
Campsite 1 & SS in the northern forests of Johor aka The Last Frontier. Beware of the Swamp Thing.
Experience No Man’s Land off−roading−where other 4x4s have not been before at Sg Medak off Sg Hulu Labis

THE HOT SPRING PREDATOR
7−8 Dec
Transport off–road to tarmac via Jln Bukit Kepong and Pekan Air Panas then off–road to Campsite 2.
Experience another region of off−road less traveled and within the vicinity of hot springs. Campsite & SS.

REGROUPING
9 Dec
Transport out to Keluang town for regrouping. Depart for Labis Forest Reserve (southern sector near Kahang) for campsite 3. This is the waterfall camp along Sg Batu. Welcome to Terminator Country.

THE TERMINATOR
10 Dec
Campsite & SS at waterfall campsite and face−off with the Terminator.

THE TWILIGHT ZONE
11−12 Dec
Transport out to Jemaluang town (refueling), then off−roading into another No Man’s Land, where no other 4x4s have been before. Experience adventure and camaraderie along the route to campsite 4, the seaside camp with SS.

THE SOUTH CHINA SEA FINALE
13 Dec
Seaside hurrah and proceed back to Johor Bahru via the coastal road.
Night: Closing ceremony.

14 Dec
All participants and media head for Kuala Lumpur.

15 Dec
Welcome Back Big Bang Night, Kuala Lumpur

16 Dec.
Depart for home, see you in 2011

ENTRY FEES
1. 4x4 Category at USD 2,500 per vehicle (Competitor or Touring Class for two persons). Extra person in the vehicle at USD 800 per person.
Note: Deposit of USD 300 per vehicle for registration, balance of USD 2,200 payment prior to start of the event.
2. ATV or Motorbike Category at USD 1,800 per rider. Your own support vehicle.
Note: Deposit of USD 300 per rider for registration, balance of USD 1,500 payment prior to start of the event.
3. 6x6 Category at USD 2,800 per vehicle for two persons. Extra person in the vehicle at USD 800 per person.
Note: Deposit of USD 300 per vehicle for registration, balance of USD 2,500 payment prior to start of the event.
4. ASEAN Entries (Association of South East Asian Nations). Please contact the secretariat for registration in RM (limited benefits).

RFC SUPPORTERS PACKAGE
Cost : USD500 per person
2 December
Arrival in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Proceed to Corus Hotel, Jalan Ampang. Check in and registration. Night: Attend the RFC Welcome Nite.

3 December
Morning depart by coach for Johor Bahru. Arrival and check in at Zon, Regency Hotel. Night : Briefing in the hotel.

4 December
Morning depart for Opening Ceremony venue. Proceed to Sutera Mall for the Prologue SS BATTLE STATIONS and Big Bang Adventure Carnival. Whole day at the Prologue SS.

5 December
Check out of Zon, Regency Hotel and proceed to Prologue SS at Sutera Mall. Return to Kuala Lumpur. Evening arrival at Corus Hotel, check in.

6 December
Depart for home.

Note : The package covers 4 nights hotel accommodation with breakfast, coach transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru and return. Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis. Own lunch and dinner for the duration of the package. Supporters are entitled to RFC 2010 goodies/items upon registration. Own hotel and airport transfers
