Sawasdee! I wonder if anyone here use oil treatment in their engines. Is it good or bad for long term? My diesel engine is quite noisy, so I think this may help. Thanks,

That's OK. It will clean your oil system. ( Tube , injection , etc. ) For Diesel engine , It reduce black smoke. But it's not necessary. You can use it once per six months.
