       As far as I know ,It still very difficult for the individual to drive across Indo-Chaina country because you have to contact and arrange with many party including of the interior situation of each country still unstabilise to travel alone without some back up from the power group .The easiest way is join with some Indo-Chaina Caravan that have many touring company offer and this will make you comfortable safe but it still expensive.
I also hope that our friend political will be firm and open the country as Europe then,the paradise of traveller will come true.

       It might be too dangerous to take a trip by your alone. Like khun adventure999 descriped that we need to contact many local officer in each area that you like to driving thru. But if you want to make this approach comes true, I though you should travel with the travel agency that is having the experienced with these country. You can take a look from any Offroad magazine that having some agency number inside.
