I think may be a good idea to arrange a trip for the new member that want to join but still
not sure about the route.
In my opinion ,if all the attendee know about them ability,car performance and how to manuvering
the car in the terrain ,they will brave enough to go in harder and harder.
The new member shouldn't worry so much because the car that you drive have more than enough
of the power to take you to everywhere,believe me,but the main thing is your heart that you will go or not.
The brave heart will come from they know themself and know yourself is come from knowledge
and practice.
So,go to have a practice.
